globalstreet.in shall reserve the exclusive right to cancel / delete any content whatsoever from being published or reflected on its WebSite or in any other mode. The cancellation charges if any payable to the User shall be at the applicable rates laid down in the cancellation and refund policy.

The User is solely responsible for the maintenance of confidentiality of the login information.

The User will immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of the User's account or any other breach of security known to the User.
The User will pay promptly the Subscription Fees if any as required by the Company from time to time.
The User will take all such measures as may be necessary (including without limitation changing his password from time to time) to protect the secrecy.
In case you chose to discontinue your association with us, you can unsubscribe / remove your account by completing the delisting procedure using the Remove Account link available in your folder.

This package cannot be transferred, adjusted or reimbursed.

If any dispute arises between a user/users and globalstreet.in arising out of use of the website or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of these terms and conditions, the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by globalstreet.in. Decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties to the dispute. The place of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings.
Courts at Ahmedabad, India alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in all matters relating to globalstreet.in and these terms and conditions, irrespective of the territory and jurisdiction of your access to globalstreet.in.
